Apparently, there are several folks over at TalkBass who think that I am Alex. I guess it’s because I used some of his material to promote the Bass Guitar Secrets product (yes, I used the material with permission).
I posted one response to the thread, and then the thread was closed by a moderator.
So, I guess I get to post my piece here instead.
- I am not Alex. My name is Eric. You can read more about me on my website: RLI Solutions.
- I am a happy customer of Bass Guitar Secrets (a program put out by Alex Sampson, who I am being accused of being).
- Most of the links for BGS (Bass Guitar Secrets) are my affiliate links. That means, if you buy, I get a percentage of the sale. Why would I use an affiliate link to promote a product if it was my own product? Doesn’t make sense.
- Uhm… there is no #4.
If you go poking around online (using my full name “Eric D. Burdo” as a search term, you’ll find me lots of places. Mostly programming related (since that is what I do), or LEGO Robotics related (since that’s another hobby of mine).
