    just don’t play like him! when u’re playing this kind of exercise , you’ve to play everynote with a different finger without move the hand from the position.when u’re playing G# on E string , index must stay on first fret , second finger on second fret , third one on third fret with the hand wide OPEN :)

    If you’re a beginner, you’re going to injure yourself doing this. Horrible idea for beginners. You have to warm up to this if you’re not use to it so keep that in mind. Start higher on the fret board and move down when you’re comfortable.
