Spend all day walking around with your fingers blasting away.

Tapping them on your chest is a good way to get resistance + bio-feedback.

Just keep those fingers moving until they are both strong and have a constant, consistent, measured, accurate rhythm.

Another less used way to mute a string is to gently let off the fretting finger. This will stop the note and mute it at the same time.. Youll know it when you feel it. If you pull the finger off too abruptly you might find yourslf playing the open string.

I’ve had my eye on bass for quite a while. These type of videos may give me a head start until I order and recieve my bass.

Quick question: How do you stop a string from sustaining the noise (ex. You play E-1st fret and then you play A-3rd fret). Is there a way to stop sustaining the noise or does it stop automatically when you remove your finger from the fret?
